Get Support For Your Moodle

You already use Moodler.ME

If you are a school, college, university or business already using Moodler.ME you will be glad to know that you are covered for all your technical and non-technical questions and needs.

We can provide you with the assistance you need in one of two ways.

Speak to your Network Manager, ICT Co-ordinator, Moodler Champions or School's Representative about your problem, this will then be escalated to us.

Alternatively, contact us directly here stating your school and school's email address [contact us].

You use your own Moodle server

If you are a school, college, university or business with a Moodle server or servers installed and administered in house and would like technical support. Help is in hand.

We provide ad-hoc support and consultancy services to help you get going when you are stuck.

We also provide contracted support services to give you the level of response and resources you need to get back on your feet quickly.

Contact us now stating your organisation and organisation's email address and your request for support [contact us]

You use a hosted Moodle server

If you are a school, college, university or business with a hosted Moodle server serviced by a 3rd party or web hosting company and would like to consider our services and support, we can certainly help you but will need a little more information.

If you have a support contract with a 3rd party company, we advice that you exhaust all support avenues with the company. While we may be able to provide you with ad-hoc support, it is your responsibility to ensure that you do not breach any existing contract with the company.

If your Moodle server is simply hosted by a web hosting company, you will have no trouble getting help from us. We are well versed in all the major web hosting company, packages offered and back end systems in use.

Our extensive support capabilities allow you to have access to experienced support professionals.
